Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant
Add Osello as a connector in your assistant and sign in once. It works as you in every store you manage: finding products and orders, explaining why a listing is blocked, submitting listings and updating stock and prices.
It checks with you before it deletes anything, cancels an order or issues a refund, and its changes show in History as yours. The connection is in beta.
Image variations
Make a variation of any image by cropping it, editing it in AI Studio or uploading a file. Every image is badged as an original or a variation, and a variation links back to its original.
Edit a product's images on the product page
Edit on a product or variant has an Images card. Pick a primary and alternate images from the product, related styles or your library, upload new ones and drag alternates to reorder them.
Products that sync from Shopify get their images back from Shopify on the next sync, so make lasting changes there.
Choose what your Shopify import skips
Skip products with chosen tags, archived or draft products, and variants without a SKU or barcode. New connections set this before the first import.
Existing Shopify connections have the same switches, so new archived products, drafts and SKU-less variants stay out while everything already in Osello keeps syncing.
Filter the SKU Status report by category and stock
Narrow the table by marketplace category and stock range without changing the charts. Hover a Changes required or Rejected badge to read what the marketplace asked for.
The report also loads several times faster on large catalogs.
Approval status on the Images page
Images waiting for approval carry an amber badge and rejected ones a red badge. A banner opens the approvals queue while any are waiting, and rejected images no longer appear in the image chooser.
A heads-up when a payment fails
A banner on every page tells you when a payment failed or your card is about to expire, with a button to update it. While a payment has failed, listing submissions pause until the card is updated.
Price and stock changes reach marketplaces within a minute
Only what changed is sent, instead of the whole catalog every 30 minutes. A push every 4 hours covers the last day's changes and a nightly push sends every offer.
Bulk listing creation finishes faster
After a bulk create, the AI agent finishes up to three new listings at a time and shows the rest as Queued in the chat. Simple edits, such as a listing's category, it now makes itself.
Follow field setting changes on the Bulk Actions page
Changing a field's fixed value, or enabling or disabling a field, updates your existing listings as a bulk action with one row per listing. Bulk actions no longer have a row limit.
A reworked sidebar
Images and Approvals are one Images link with a count of images waiting, Inventory sits in the Source Data menu, and disabled marketplaces move behind a "..." menu.
Target+
- A large submission interrupted mid-run resumes where it stopped.
- Families built on Target's variation themes import and submit correctly, and Size Type is a variation option.

- Orders shipped outside Osello are picked up within about 3 hours, with tracking.
Orders and billing
- Stock is held for a week on pending marketplace orders, up from a day. Learn more
- Switch to annual billing from the plans page while on a monthly plan.
- Refunds pushed to Shopify no longer include marketplace tax the Shopify order never charged.
- An order's Net Total is right after a partial refund on orders with separately reported tax.
Images and AI agents
- An agent working on a listing sees the photos and size charts already on it.
- Agents save image edits without asking and link anything waiting for your approval in their reply.
- Variants are no longer held for image approval after the image is approved.
- Make Background White and Crop Out Face are gone from the image page. Ask the AI chat for those edits.
Fixes
- Nordstrom, Macy's and other Mirakl listings no longer fall back to Ready for submission while the marketplace is still importing them.
- Shopify fulfillments reach Osello on lines whose listed SKU differs from the product's SKU.
Changes to know about
- UPC, EAN, GTIN, JAN and ISBN are one Barcode field on products and variants, 8 to 14 digits. Imports still accept the old column names. Learn more
- Plan usage resets on the 1st of each month, and each month's overage is billed on its own invoice. Learn more
- The dashboard shows Active Offers and Revenue per Active Offer, and listings on a disabled or disconnected marketplace no longer count. Learn more
- New accounts are invite only. Invite teammates from your store's Users page. Learn more
