Anyone on your team can work in Osello with you — invite them by email and they'll get a link to set up their account.
Send an invite
- Open the store menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Users.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter their Email (required) and optionally their Name, then click Send Invite.
What happens next depends on whether they already use Osello:
- New to Osello — they receive an invitation email. Clicking the link takes them to a page where they set a password, and then they're in.
- Already using Osello (for example, with another store) — they're added to your store immediately, with no email to accept. They'll see your store next time they sign in.
Everyone you invite can see and work in the store — there are no separate permission levels to set up.
Team members don't count toward your plan's usage limits and are never billed as overage. A store on the Free plan can have up to 10 of them; on a paid plan, up to 100.
Track who's joined
The Users page lists everyone with access, along with their status:
- Invited — the invitation was sent but hasn't been accepted yet.
- Active — they've accepted and can sign in.
You'll also see each person's last sign-in date, which is handy for spotting invites that slipped through the cracks.
Resend a lost invitation
Invitation emails get buried. If a teammate can't find theirs:
- On the Users page, open the actions menu at the end of their row.
- Choose Resend invite.
They'll get a fresh email with a new link. (This only works for people who haven't accepted yet — once they're active, they sign in normally.) The same menu offers Cancel invite if you'd rather withdraw it.
Remove someone's access
When a teammate leaves, open the actions menu at the end of their row on the Users page and choose Remove from account. They lose access to your store right away; if they belong to other Osello stores, those aren't affected. You can't remove yourself, or the last person on the store.
