Everyone on your team gets their own Osello sign-in. You add people by email from the Users page, and you can remove their access at any time.
Open the Users page
- Click the store menu at the bottom of the left sidebar (your store's name and logo).
- Open Settings and choose Users.
The page lists everyone with access to your store, along with their email, status, and last sign-in. Use the search box to find someone by name or email.
Invite a teammate
- Click Invite User at the top of the Users page.
- Enter their email address. Adding their name is optional.
- Click Send Invite.
What happens next depends on whether they already use Osello:
- New to Osello — they receive an invitation email with a link to set a password and finish setting up their account. Until they accept, they appear on the Users page with an Invited badge.
- Already has an Osello account — for example, they help run another store — they get access right away, with no email to accept.
If an invitation email gets lost, find them in the list, open the actions menu at the end of their row, and choose Resend invite. Osello sends them a fresh link.
How many people you can add
Team members aren't part of your plan's usage limits, and they're never billed as overage — add whoever needs access.
Two caps apply:
- On the Free plan, up to 10 team members. Invite User then offers you a plan instead. Picking one lifts the cap immediately.
- On any paid plan, up to 100 team members. If you need more, contact us.
Everyone you invite gets full access
Osello doesn't have per-user roles or permission levels. Everyone you add can do everything you can: manage products, listings, offers, orders, and store settings. Only invite people you trust to run the store.
Remove someone
- On the Users page, find them in the list and open the actions menu at the end of their row.
- Choose Remove from account. If they never accepted their invitation, the same action reads Cancel invite — it withdraws the invitation and stops their link from working.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Removing someone takes away their access to this store only. Their Osello sign-in still exists, so if they help manage another store, that access is untouched. If they come back later, invite them again with the same email address and they'll get access immediately.
Two removals aren't allowed: you can't remove yourself, and you can't remove the last remaining person on the store. Ask a teammate to remove you if you're leaving.
A note on email preferences
Each person controls their own notification emails from their personal account settings — you can't see or change a teammate's choices for them.
