The SKU States report gives you one view of every SKU in your catalog and where it sits in its listing lifecycle — from "not listed yet" all the way to live. Use it to find SKUs that need your attention and to watch how your catalog's health changes over time.
Open it from Reports in the sidebar, then choose SKU States.
Read the chart
The chart at the top breaks your SKUs down by status. Each color is one status, shown in the order a listing normally moves through them: setup, content preparation, submission, approval, offers, and finally live.
- Incomplete, Ready for Submission, Submitted, Pending Approval, Pending Publication — the listing is being prepared, reviewed, or waiting for the marketplace to publish the product.
- Changes Required, Submission Failed — the marketplace asked for a fix, or the push never landed; these need your attention. See Fix rejected listings.
- Rejected — the marketplace isn't taking the product, so there's nothing to resubmit. Shown alongside Unlisted and Suspended rather than with the states you can act on.
- Live — approved and selling.
- Not listed — the SKU appears in a marketplace's Products to List report — it meets that marketplace's listing criteria but has no listing there yet. SKUs your criteria exclude (for example, products you've tagged to skip, or SKUs missing a required barcode) don't count. Hidden by default — see the toggles below.
- Disabled — the SKU's listing is turned off. Also hidden by default.
The report starts focused on your active pipeline: Not listed and Disabled SKUs are left out of the chart and table until you switch on Show not listed or Show disabled in the report options. The toggles also add those statuses to the Statuses filter so you can filter to them.
Click the cog at the top right of the page to open Report Options. Everything in the dialog scopes the whole report — chart and table together — once you hit Apply (the cog shows a count of the options in effect, and Reset to default puts everything back once you've changed something):
- Show not listed / Show disabled — bring the hidden statuses into view.
- Marketplaces — the report covers all your marketplaces by default. Pick one or more to focus on them. A SKU that meets a selected marketplace's listing criteria but isn't listed there counts as "Not listed", even if it's listed elsewhere.
- Statuses — narrow the table to the statuses you pick (the chart highlights them).
The chart has its own time controls at its top right:
- Time period — Now (the default) shows the current breakdown as a pie. Pick a period like Last month to see a stacked chart of how the breakdown changed day by day, week by week, or month by month.
- Interval — appears once you pick a time period; it controls the bucket size of the historical chart.
History is recorded from a daily snapshot, so the historical view fills in going forward from the day the report became available. To declutter the chart, click a status in the legend to hide it — that only changes the chart, never the table, and your hidden statuses stay hidden while you keep working.
Filter the table from the chart
In the Now view, click any slice of the pie to filter the table below to that status. The other slices fade, and a filter tag appears under the chart. Click the same slice (or the tag's ×) to remove the filter — you can stack several statuses at once. The Statuses filter in Report Options shows the same selection, so you can adjust it from either place.
Work the SKU list
Every row is one SKU on one marketplace, with its image, name, SKU, barcode, and current status badge. A SKU listed on two marketplaces appears twice — once per listing — and the Marketplace column shows which marketplace each row is about. Pick a single marketplace in the filter and the column tucks away, since every row is about that one. Not-listed rows show a dash there: they aren't tied to one marketplace yet. The search box above the list filters it by SKU, name, or other identifiers, without changing the chart. Applying the report options with Show not listed or Show disabled switched off also clears that status from your status filter, so the list never sticks on rows the report no longer covers.
