Connect Target+ to Osello

How to connect your Target+ (Target Plus) seller account to Osello using the Seller ID and API Token from your Target+ Partner Portal.

Connecting Target+ takes two pieces of information from your Target+ Partner Portal: your Seller ID (SMS ID) and an API Token. Enter them in Osello and you're connected in a couple of minutes.

Get your credentials

Both values come from your Target+ Partner Portal (partnersonline.com):

  • Seller ID (SMS ID) — the ID Target+ assigned to your seller account.
  • API Token — a seller API token you generate in the Partner Portal.

If you can't find them, ask whoever manages your Target+ account, or contact us with the Get Help button and we'll point you in the right direction.

Connect in Osello

  1. In the left sidebar, under Marketplaces, click Connect Marketplace. (If you already have a marketplace connected, click the + button next to the Marketplaces heading instead.)
  2. Choose Target+ from the list of marketplaces.
  3. In the Target Settings section, enter your Seller ID (SMS ID) and API Token.
  4. Click Save.

Osello checks the connection automatically as soon as you save. If the credentials don't work, you'll see an alert telling you the marketplace is disconnected, along with the error Target+ reported — the most common fix is re-entering the API Token.

After you connect

  • Categories and fields are ready. Osello already knows Target+'s categories and field requirements, so there's nothing to import.
  • Approved categories. Target+ only lets you list in categories your account is approved for. Osello pulls your approved list so the category picker only offers categories you can actually use. If your approvals change, open the marketplace's Settings page in the sidebar and choose Pull Settings to refresh them.
  • Inventory locations. Target+ tracks inventory per distribution center. On the marketplace's Inventory Locations page you can see each of your locations, the Distribution Center it reports to, and a switch controlling whether that location's stock counts toward Target+.

If the connection drops

If your token expires or is revoked, Osello shows a disconnected alert explaining that listings, offers, and orders are not syncing. Open the marketplace's Settings page, update the API Token, and use Check Connection to confirm everything works again.
