Connect BestBuy to Osello

How to connect your BestBuy marketplace seller account to Osello with the Store ID and Personal API Key from your BestBuy seller portal.

BestBuy connects to Osello with two credentials from your BestBuy seller portal: your Store ID and a Personal API Key.

BestBuy's seller program runs on the same platform (Mirakl) as Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Dia & Co, so if you've connected one of those before, this will feel identical. The full walkthrough lives in Connect Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, or Dia & Co — here's the short version for BestBuy.

Get your credentials

  • Store ID — the numeric ID BestBuy assigned to your shop.
  • Personal API Key — an API key from your account settings in the BestBuy seller portal.

Both come from your BestBuy seller portal settings. Stuck finding them? Click any Get Help button in Osello and we'll help.

Connect in Osello

  1. In the left sidebar, under Marketplaces, click Connect Marketplace. (Already have a marketplace connected? Click the + button next to the Marketplaces heading.)
  2. Choose BestBuy from the list of marketplaces.
  3. In the BestBuy Settings section, enter your Store ID and Personal API Key.
  4. Click Save.

Osello checks the connection automatically after you save. If the credentials don't work, a disconnected alert appears with the error BestBuy reported.

After you connect

Osello already knows BestBuy's categories and field requirements, so you can start listing right away. BestBuy's requirements differ from the fashion marketplaces', so expect a different set of required fields — the listing's status badge always shows you what's missing.

If the connection ever drops — for example, because the API key was revoked — Osello shows an alert explaining that listings, offers, and orders are not syncing. Open BestBuy's Settings page from the sidebar, enter a fresh Personal API Key, and use Check Connection to confirm it's working.
