Every marketplace connection keeps two saved filter sets that define which of your products belong on it. Osello turns them into two always-current worklists:
- Products to List — products that match the marketplace's criteria but aren't listed on it yet.
- Products to Unlist — products currently listed there that no longer qualify (for example, they went to draft or picked up an excluded tag).
Find both in the sidebar: open the marketplace, then Reports → Products to List or Products to Unlist.
Reading the reports
Each report shows the matching products in the same table you know from the Products page. The filter panel at the top shows the marketplace's saved criteria — status, tags, inventory, and SKU rules.
The results are always live: as your catalog changes (a product sells out, gains a tag, goes to draft), products move in and out of the reports automatically.
Editing the criteria
Expand the filter panel, adjust any filters, and click Preview results to preview what the change would match. Nothing is saved yet — an Unsaved filter changes badge reminds you the form differs from the saved criteria.
- Save filters makes your edits the marketplace's new saved criteria.
- Reset discards your edits and returns to the last-saved criteria.
Filter tips:
- Match all / any — "all" means a product must match every filter; "any" means matching one filter is enough. Products to List typically uses "all"; Products to Unlist uses "any" (a product needs only one reason to come down).
- Tags support expressions like
summer OR (fall AND NOT clearance). - Minimum inventory keeps out-of-stock products off the to-list report.
Rules that always apply
Some exclusions apply on top of whatever criteria you save, and can't be filtered away:
- Osello's built-in tags — tag a product
not-channel:allto keep it off every marketplace,not-channel:<marketplace>to keep it off one, orosello:omitto hide it from Osello listing entirely. Gift cards and service products are always excluded. - Your store-wide exclusions — the universal exclude tags and universal SKU exclusion pattern from your store's Listing Settings apply to every marketplace. The report's filter panel shows them (with an edit link) whenever they're set.
- Barcode requirements — on marketplaces that require barcodes, products without one won't appear in Products to List, since they can't be submitted anyway.
Acting on the results
Tick the checkbox on any row to open the actions bar. Selections carry across pages, and Select all grabs every product the report currently matches — including the ones you haven't paged to yet.
- AI starts a chat about the selected products. Because you're already inside a marketplace, the chat knows which one you mean and won't ask you to pick.
- Listings → Disable Associated Listings takes the selected products' listings down. This one is on Products to Unlist only: on Products to List the selected products have no listing on this marketplace yet, so there'd be nothing to disable.
Quick access from the Products page
The Products page's preset views dropdown includes each marketplace's Products to List and Products to Unlist as one-click filters, plus shortcuts to edit the saved criteria. The presets approximate the reports with regular product filters — the report pages are the authoritative view.
