Fields on every listing
Nordstrom asks for these on every product, whatever its category.
- Alternate ImagesProduct images that will appear on the PDP with the main product image.6 min read
- BrandRequiredThe name of the product label (i.e. brand) as it will appear in filters and product pages on the website5 min read
- CollectionName of a vendor-defined collection or line the product belongs to. Can be used to indicate collaborations.3 min read
- Copy IngredientsComplete list of all ingredients in the beauty or food product.3 min read
- DescriptionRequiredA description of the product. The description appears twice on a PDP. The first 165 characters, or "selling statement" appear under the product title and price on PDP. The full description appears again in the "Details & care" section of the PDP.6 min read
- Fit Info DetailsThis field contains any fit tip information that doesn't exist in the "Fit Info" drop down. Shows up in next to size info about choosing a size in the PDP.4 min read

- Measurement DetailsDescribes further measurement details not captured in other structured numeric measurement attributes. Use if a set contains multiple sizes, if measurements are specified in a different UOM, or if any more specific measurement details are needed.5 min read
- NRF Color CodeRequiredThree-digit National Retail Federation color code (000 to 999) that becomes the color swatch on Nordstrom listing pages. One code per colorway: every size and size type of a colorway shares it, and two colorways in a style group never share one.12 min read
