You can disable a listing to stop selling it (and enable it again later) — either right away or scheduled for a date and time you choose. Submissions can be scheduled the same way.
Disable a listing
- Open the listing and click its actions menu.
- Choose Disable and confirm.
A disabled listing is no longer active: its offers are not sent to the marketplace, and it's excluded from submissions. For listings with multiple variants there's an Also disable all variants checkbox — leave it checked unless you're keeping a specific mix of enabled and disabled variants.
To re-enable, open the same menu and choose Enable (with a matching Also enable all variants option).
Disabled listings and variants stay visible on the Listings page and the variants list, marked with a Disabled state badge, so nothing drops out of view when you turn it off. Use the state filters to narrow what you see: filter on the Disabled state to review only what's turned off, or pick the active states to hide disabled entries. Searching by SKU, barcode, external ID, or title matches every state as well.
A variant stays disabled even with that box checked if another active variant on the same marketplace already uses its SKU, barcode, or source product variant. That happens when a listing is rebuilt for a new season and the old variants are superseded rather than removed — two active variants can't share those values, so the older one is left as it is and the rest of the listing is enabled normally.
Disable or enable many listings at once
On the Listings page, select the listings (or use Select all to include every listing matching your current filters), open Choose action..., and pick Disable or Enable under Listings. The same options apply as for a single listing: Also disable all variants is checked by default for a bulk disable, while Also enable all variants is unchecked by default for a bulk enable so variants you turned off on purpose stay off unless you opt in. Both dialogs offer Schedule for later too.
Disable from the product side
If you're pulling a product off every marketplace at once, do it from the product instead: open the product and choose Disable Associated Listings. This disables every listing variant linked to that product across all marketplaces. The same action is available in bulk when you select products on the Products page.
Schedule it for later
Every enable, disable, and submit dialog has a Schedule for later link:
- Click Schedule for later in the dialog.
- Pick the date and time (shown in your local timezone) and optionally note a reason.
- Confirm — the button changes to Schedule disable, Schedule enable, or Schedule submission accordingly.
Changed your mind mid-dialog? Click Do it now instead to switch back to an immediate action.
This is handy for launches and teardowns: schedule a listing to go live at midnight on launch day, or disable a seasonal collection the morning it ends.
See and manage what's scheduled
- On the listing — a scheduled listing shows an alert with the exact time (for example, "This listing is scheduled to be disabled on...") plus buttons to cancel the schedule or run the action now. Its badge also changes to Disablement Scheduled, Enablement Scheduled, or Submission Scheduled.
- On the Listings page — filter by those scheduled states to see everything queued for that marketplace.
- Store-wide — open the store menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Scheduled Tasks for one list of every scheduled action, filterable by status, with a Cancel button for anything pending.
Find what should come down
The Products page's filter presets include a Products to Unlist view for each marketplace — listed products that no longer match your listing rules, like items that dropped below your minimum stock or picked up an excluded tag. It's a ready-made cleanup worklist: select the products it shows and disable their listings in bulk.
