What shipped in July and August
AI agents replaced Field Prompts, the Help Center launched, the Nordstrom, Target+, Macy's and Bloomingdale's previews were rebuilt against live storefronts, and imports and AI chats got faster.
AI agents that fill listings by conversation
Field Prompts and Transformations are gone, replaced by AI agents you talk to. Open a chat on a listing, a variant or a selection and ask for what you want in plain English, then expand any step to see what the agent changed and what it handed to a sub-agent.
A searchable Help Center
The Help Center covers products, listings, inventory, pricing, orders, AI, imports and exports across more than forty articles. It sits on the website and mirrors inside Osello, so you can search it without leaving the page you are on.
Marketplace previews rebuilt from live storefronts
The Nordstrom, Target+, Macy's and Bloomingdale's previews were rebuilt against each marketplace's current product page and now use real color swatches. What you see before submitting matches what shoppers get.
Imports and AI chats got faster
A product import downloads each image once instead of four times, and cropping runs in a single pass. Opening an AI chat dropped from about 1,100 database queries to a handful, and large import rows no longer run the worker out of memory.
Other improvements
- AI Routines run an agent against your catalog on a schedule, unattended.
- Sign in with Google takes one click, and starts automatically the next time.
- A marketplace asking for edits now lands in Changes Required instead of being reported as a rejection.
- Subscription plans track your live SKUs, GMV, marketplaces and users against the plan's limits.
