Attriibute calls out 'flusability' for nonwoven disposable products - meaning a product constructed from nonwoven sheets, including moist toilet tissue or cloth, that is designed, marketed, or commonly used for personal hygiene purposes. This attribute has to be required whereever added, if not applicable to all items within an item type - we will need to additionally create Valor rules to catch all items around the terms 'wipe' 'towlettes' and 'cloth'.
