Target+ is Target's third-party marketplace, and the attribute appears only in the categories whose item setup includes it. Filled in, it gives Target the exact swatch color for the colorway instead of one inferred from the color name.
The value belongs to the colorway. Every size of a navy shirt carries the same code, and the white version of the same style carries a different one.
