# How Offers Send Price and Stock to a Marketplace

> What an offer is in Osello, what a listing needs before its price and inventory are sent, and how to review offers per marketplace.

An offer is the price and available quantity for one SKU on one marketplace. Your listing describes the product; the offer says what it costs and how many you have. Osello creates an offer automatically for every listing variant and keeps it current — you never build offers by hand.

## See your offers

In the sidebar, open a marketplace and click **Offers**. Each row is one SKU with its barcode, price, MSRP, quantity, and when it last changed. You can search by SKU. This page shows exactly what Osello will send to that marketplace, so it's the best place to sanity-check a price or quantity. If the marketplace has an [inventory buffer](/help/inventory-pricing/set-an-inventory-buffer), the quantity already has it held back, and a small superscript shows how many units were kept off the marketplace.

## What a listing needs before its offer is sent

Osello pushes an offer only when the marketplace can actually accept it. Before your price and stock reach the marketplace, the listing variant needs:

- **A SKU.** Variants without a SKU are skipped — the marketplace has no way to identify them.
- **To be enabled.** Both the variant and its parent listing must be enabled. If either is disabled, Osello stops sending the offer; on marketplaces that support it, Osello removes the offer so the item can't be purchased. If the same SKU also exists on an enabled listing — for example after relisting an item under a new listing — the enabled listing's offer is the one that's sent, and the disabled copy is ignored rather than removed.
- **Marketplace approval, where required.** On Target+, the marketplace assigns each item its own ID when the listing is accepted. Until that ID exists, there's nothing to attach the offer to, so price and stock wait for the listing to be approved.

For the numbers themselves:

- **Quantity** comes from your stock in the locations enabled for that marketplace, minus any [inventory buffer](/help/inventory-pricing/set-an-inventory-buffer) you've set for it.
- **Price** comes from your product data — see [where your marketplace prices come from](/help/inventory-pricing/how-pricing-works). A variant with no price (or a price of zero) won't get a price update.

## When offers are pushed

- **Automatically.** About every half hour, Osello pushes offers for anything that changed — a stock movement, a price change, or a listing that just got approved.
- **Manually.** On the **Offers** page, open the actions menu, choose **Push Offers to** your marketplace, and click **Submit** to send current pricing and inventory immediately.

Offer pushing can be switched off per marketplace: open the marketplace's **Settings**, open the **Offers** tab, and find the **Push Offers** toggle. Leave it on unless you manage prices and stock on the marketplace yourself — with it off, Osello sends nothing. The same tab holds the marketplace's **Inventory Buffer** — see [hold back stock with an inventory buffer](/help/inventory-pricing/set-an-inventory-buffer).

## One idea, whatever the marketplace

Some marketplaces accept price and inventory together; others want them separately. Osello handles those differences behind the scenes — you always work with one offer per SKU, and Osello speaks each marketplace's dialect for you.
