# Export Your Listings to Excel or CSV

> Download your marketplace listings, variants, or offers as a CSV or Excel file for review, sharing, backups, or bulk editing.

You can download any marketplace's listings as a CSV or Excel file — for review, sharing with your team, backups, or [bulk editing](/help/imports-exports/bulk-edit-listings-with-an-import). Exports run in the background and the file is ready to download when they finish.

## What you can export

- **Listing Parents** — one row per listing: title, category, status, prices, and stock totals. In Excel format, each row also includes the listing's photo embedded right in the spreadsheet.
- **Listing Variants** — one row per variant, with every one of the marketplace's listing fields as its own column. This is the re-importable format used for bulk edits.
- **Offers** — one row per SKU with its price and stock quantity.

For Mirakl-powered marketplaces, listings and offers can also be exported in the marketplace's own Excel template.

## Run an export

1. In the left sidebar, open your marketplace's section and click **Exports**. (The store menu at the bottom of the sidebar also has an **Exports** entry covering every marketplace.)
2. Click **New Export**.
3. Pick what to export: **Listing Parents**, **Listing Variants**, or **Offers**.
4. Choose the export format.
5. Pick the marketplace and, if you like, narrow the export:
   - **Category** — export only listings in one category.
   - **File format** — CSV or XLSX. (Some marketplace-template exports are XLSX only.)
   - **Only fully filled listings?** — include only listings with all required fields filled.
   - **Include disabled listings?** — off by default. When it's on and a SKU exists on both a disabled listing and an enabled one, only the enabled listing's row is exported, so you never get two conflicting rows for the same SKU. Listing parent exports do the same for listings that share a group code.
6. Click **Start Export**.

## Export only the listings you select

From the marketplace's Listings page, select any listings, then choose the **Export** action. Pick parents, variants, or offers and the format — the file will include just your selection and appear on the Exports page when ready.

## Download the file

The export's page shows its status while it runs. When it finishes:

- A **Download** button appears at the top of the export's page.
- The Exports list shows a download button next to every completed export.
- If the export took more than a few seconds, you'll also receive an email with a download link.
