# A Tour of Your Dashboard

> What each dashboard widget shows — active listing SKUs, total revenue, revenue per SKU, and sales charts broken down by marketplace.

The dashboard is your at-a-glance answer to two questions: how much are my marketplaces selling, and how many of my items are actually live and sellable right now?

## Pick your time window

Two selectors at the top of the page control every widget:

- **Period** — Last week, Last month, Last 4 months, Last 12 months, or All Time. The default is the last 12 months.
- **Interval** — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly chart buckets. Osello picks a sensible interval for the period you choose, and you can override it.

## The headline numbers

Three cards summarize the selected period:

- **Active Listing SKUs** — how many listing items are live on a marketplace *and* in stock, counted at the end of the period. The same SKU live on two marketplaces counts twice, because each is a separate listing that can sell. Click the card to jump to your marketplaces.
- **Total Revenue** — marketplace sales for the period, added up across all your marketplaces. Click through to see the orders behind the number.
- **$ Per Active SKU** — total revenue divided by your active SKU count. This is a quick health check: it tells you whether growth is coming from selling more per item or just listing more items.

## The charts

Each chart stacks one colored band per marketplace, so you can see both the total and each marketplace's share. Hover over any point to see the per-marketplace breakdown and the total.

- **Total Sales Revenue** — sales over time.
- **Active Listing SKUs** — how your live, in-stock item count has grown over time. Two controls let you reframe it: uncheck **In-stock SKUs Only** to count everything live (including out-of-stock items), and switch between **SKUs** and **Listings** to count individual items or whole products.
- **Revenue per Active SKU** — earning efficiency over time. Switch the metric to **Revenue / Active Listing** to measure per product instead of per item.

## Live vs. active

Two words show up throughout the dashboard:

- **Live** — the listing is up and purchasable on the marketplace.
- **Active** — live *and* in stock. Active is the number that matters most: an out-of-stock listing can't earn anything.
