# Create Listings From Your Products

> The ways listings get created in Osello — from your listing rules and worklists, manual creation, and copying listings between marketplaces.

A listing is your product as it exists on one marketplace. You create listings from your products — one at a time, in bulk from a spreadsheet, or by copying them from another marketplace — and your listing rules keep a running worklist of which products still need one.

## Decide which products belong: your saved criteria

Each marketplace connection keeps saved filter criteria — status, tags, minimum inventory, and SKU rules — that define which products belong on it. Edit them on the marketplace's **Products to List** and **Products to Unlist** report pages (in the sidebar under **Reports**), where you can preview exactly what a change matches before saving. Tagging a product `not-channel:all` always excludes it from every marketplace.

The criteria drive two always-current worklists: **Products to List** (products that qualify but aren't listed yet) and **Products to Unlist** (listed products that no longer qualify — out of stock, or newly carrying an excluded tag). They're available as report pages per marketplace and as one-click presets in the **Products** page's filter dropdown. See [Products to List and Unlist reports](/help/channels-listings/products-to-list-and-unlist-reports).

## Create a listing manually

For full control over a single listing:

1. In the sidebar, open the marketplace and click **Listings**.
2. Click **New Listing**.
3. Choose the listing type: **Configurable** (multiple variants, like sizes and colors) or **Standalone** (a single variant).
4. Pick the marketplace **Category**, set the group code, and click **Add Variants** to choose which of your product variants belong on this listing.
5. Click **Save**.

The new listing starts with everything your product data already provides. While Osello initializes its fields you'll briefly see a "listing setup in progress" notice.

## Copy listings from another marketplace

Already built listings on one marketplace? On its **Listings** page, select the listings you want, then choose **Copy to Another Marketplace** from the actions bar and pick the destination marketplace. Osello recreates them there and carries over whatever data translates.

## Bulk options

You can also create or update listings in bulk from a spreadsheet — see [Bulk edit listings with an import](/help/imports-exports/bulk-edit-listings-with-an-import).
